These prices are for CPW #8 - 5 days / 4 nights in January of 2023 (January 26 to 30, 2023). The single largest price here is the lodge - and the number of nights we are staying there. Pricing is done per room and divided out from there by how many people end up staying in the room together. The fixed per person cost is the cost of food and other fixed costs not associated with the bedroom.

Rooms with one king bed:

• $950 for the room + $200 / person

• Examples:

  • • with 2 people in the room: $675 per person

    • with 3 people in the room: $520 per person

Rooms with one queen bed:

• $900 for the room + $200 / person

  • Examples:

    • with 2 people in the room: $650 per person

    • with 3 people in the room: $500 per person

Rooms with two queen beds:

• $765 for the room + $200 / person

  • Examples:

    • with 2 people in the room: $580 per person

    • with 3 people in the room: $455 per person

    • with 4 people in the room: $390 per person

 

Twin beds in the bunk bed room are reserved individually. Let the organizer know if you would prefer a top or bottom bunk. The room is mixed gender. 

• $140 for a twin bed + $200 / person

  • Examples:

    • ​with 1 person in the bed:  $340 per person

There is one room that has two queen futons and is in a shared space. Let the organizer know if you would like to stay on a futon in this room:

• $155 for a queen futon + $200 / person

  • Examples:

    • with 1 person in the bed: $355 per person

    • with 2 people in the bed: $275 per person
